I had an amazing experience with MegaPass in Istanbul. Their staff was extremely professional and organized. Cansin (one of the employees) was especially helpful with making sure we didn’t miss anything and making it a pleasant experience for us. It was great to skip the lines which were long and we got to see all the historic places (Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern among others). Highly recommend for anyone visiting Istanbul.
Edit: removed the ranting. Had issues with my tickets but the support team was very responsive and kind.

Very handy to have all tickets in advance. However some were valid via the QR code alone whilst others needed to be converted into a paper ticket at a different place from the venue in question, which was not always convenient. But overall I'm glad I bought the Megapasss.

In a long line for tickets and decided to purchase thru megapass. We were walking thru entrance 5 minutes later. Thanks
