Best experience I have had so far with ticketing agencies. The customer service team is very kind and helpful, responding promptly to all inquiries. Deniz even arranged me to be able to pick up the Istanbul card at the airport instead of their meeting point in the city centre. Haluk, the Asian Walking Tour Guide was also very informative, kind and entertaining - introduced me to the Rake tradition and had a lovely chat about culture, literature, history, customs and traditions.
