  • You must redeem your e-voucher for physical tickets at any of the vending machines for passengers that are installed at major stations of the Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway.
  • You can also redeem the physical tickets at the offices of each Tokyo Metro stations, except in Hibiya Line Kitasenju, Nakameguro, Nakano, Nishifunabashi, Yoyogi Uehara, Wako City, Hanzomon Line/ Fukutoshin Line Shibuya, and Meguro stations.
